I don't have the names.nsf copy.it is a mess.
I see this article : http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21376146
Resolving the problem
Replace the design of the name and address book to pubnames.ntf and make sure the template files exist on the new server.
So I replace the names.nsf use pubnames.ntf.
and I restart the server but cann't start again.
